Birthdaybook 5.2
Birthdaybook is a popular "five star" program for storing and viewing all your birthdays, anniversaries, and other important events. It is used widely around the world and is translated in Dutch, French, Italian, German, and Spanish. You can customize when and how you want the elegant, and fun, reminders to appear.
Birthdaybook 5.2 includes several important bug fixes and changes. The age calculation bug is now fixed, hopefully forever. You can now switch between The List and Reminder windows on the fly. Any changes in the main List window are updated in the reminder window without relaunching Birthdaybook. The French version of Birthdaybook now has the complete French Help pages and manual ( download below.)
Birthdaybook 5.0 was rebuilt for better memory management and faster launching of reminders as well as fixing several bugs.

Backuplist+ 6.1 is here!
Backuplist+ is a popular "wrapper" application for the new rsync 3.0.2 copy tool. It is a powerful backup application that is simple for novice users and offers many choices for the more advanced user. It makes simple copies, not archives, that are easy to retrieve and can even make a clone of the whole system. Backuplist+ was recently include on the Macworld UK CD at the Macworld Expo in London and on the cover CD of the German Macup magazine. Pretty cool.

Backuplist+ 6.1 is an important update to the major release of version 6.0. There is a fix for a potential loophole causing data loss. There are some other important bug fixes especially for use of expert options. This upgrade is highly recommended for all users of Backuplist+.
Backuplist+ 6.0 is a major upgrade. It copies files with complete fidelity on Mac OSX 10.3X (see below also for Panther version) through 10.5X preserving all critical file metadata including creation dates. The rsync copy engine uses incremental recursion for very fast copying and updating of backups. It can create incremental "snapshot" backups as well as synchronizing folders perfectly and also can clone your whole startup disk to another disk or partition so you have an exact bootable copy. There are many advanced options for those wishing to write their own rsync options or network protocols. The destination text field is now drag-and-drop and can also be edited. The names of backup sets can be edited. The entire code structure has been optimized for greater stability. This upgrade is highly recommended.
Downloads: You can download Backuplist+ in a zip format or dmg format. dmg is preferred. You will have to click on the files to unzip them and then click to mount the disk image, if you have Safari set to "not open downloaded files."
Backuplist+ 6.1 Panther edition. This is the same as the above new version but has the old copy methods available for those who still need them.

Imagevert
Imagevert is a simple application for processing batch images, either a folder or group of individul files. just drop a folder or files on app and select what you want done to them. you can scale, resize, flip, rotate, and convert images to JPEG, TIFF, PNG, PSD and other formats. Imagevert creates a new folder and puts the new copies in it. Download now (32 kb)
Birthdays script
A simple applescript that works on OS10.X as well as OS 9.X. Same idea as Birthdaybook without the interface and all the other fancy stuff. Just an applescript list of names and dates and a simple reminder. Good example of working with date formats in applescript. Download now (40 kb)
Backuplist 2.2
Backuplist 2.2 is the old and simple pure zen backup application. For purists who can't cope with backuplist+ and its vast array of options.
