Setting up
Setting up is really really easy.

Get Windows Backup Software to-GMail - Installation
Click Backup_Software_to_GMail.exe to start the installation procedure, and then follow the instructions displayed on your screen. - Configure & Run
After installation, the only thing required is to configure the application. The common configuration parameters are source directory, Gmail username, Password. Click "Apply" button to save settings.
Configuration Flags
- Source Directories
- The source directory for the backup.
- Destination Directory
- Windows Backup Softwareto-GMail will automatically compress the source directory and put the archive to this directory before sending it to Gmail.
- Email Filter
- Used in the Subject of the email. It can be helpful in setting up a filter on Gmail . the default value is"[backup]"
- Email From
- The sender of the email message. The default value is "yourgmailaddress@gmail.com"
- Email To
- The receiver of the email message. The default value is "yourgmailaddress@googlemail.com"
- Gmail Username
- The username to authenticate with Gmail smtp server. For most cases, it is same as EmailFrom address. for example, "yourgmailaddress@googlemail.com"
- Gmail Password
- The password for the SmtpUser
- Scan Sub Directories
- Set this to true if you would like to include sub directories.
- Directory Name In Subject
- Include the directory information into Email subject to distinguish between same name files in different directories
