  • Started Digital Retouching and Restoration Department, quickly moved from customer service department when workload became full-time.
  • Presented plan to establish an FTP service, to allow customers to send image files for output services.
  • Developed "FTPhoto" software for customers to connect to the server, while maintaining the intellectual property rights.
