Started Digital Retouching and Restoration Department, quickly moved from customer service department when workload became full-time.
Presented plan to establish an FTP service, to allow customers to send image files for output services.
Developed "FTPhoto" software for customers to connect to the server, while maintaining the intellectual property rights.
Sold photographic and video equipment to professional and consumer clientele. Video expertise was particularly valued.
