Well, after over two years PSP Shuffle has finally received a minor update. This update covers the shuffling of new supported file extensions as of firmware 3.95. Also corrected was a bug causing photos and music to not be available if directory structures were kept in their original paths. We've also freshened up the website a bit; three years of the same style made it go a bit stale.

I just discovered this morning that PSP Shuffle has been featured as an audio hack in Chapter 11 of Hacking the PSP: Cool Hacks, Mods, and Customizations for the Sony Playstation Portable. Thank you Auri Rahimzadeh, you have made my day.

Overview
PSP Shuffle will automatically fill your PSP with photos, music
and videos from the directories on your computer that you specify.
After initial setup, you can literally load your PSP with media
in minutes with just one mouse click.
The files PSP Shuffle chooses are completely random, and files will
never be duplicated when copying to your PSP. PSP Shuffle's efficiency
relies greatly on how many files you let it shuffle; the more you
specify, the better it will be a filling your PSP to capacity.

Supported File Types
PSP Shuffle will only shuffle file types compatible with the PSP.
These types are as follows: Images - .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .png, .tif Video
- .mp4 Audio - .3gp, .mp3, .mp4, .m4a, .m4p, .wav, .wma
System
Requirements
At bare minimum, PSP Shuffle requires the following:
· Windows 2000/XP/Vista · .Net Framework v2.0 (download
directly or through Windows
Update) · PSP and/or a PSP formatted Memory Stick
Also, a Pentium 4/Athlon 1.5Ghz or faster processor and at least
256MB of RAM is strongly recommended. PSP Shuffle will run on less,
but will most likely suffer performance loss.
