With the huge amount of theme variations and the easy way to include your own images, you can build a new design in just a few minutes. Three Column Design

Round We Go
After many simple and clean designs I stumbled over an idea for rounded corners. It was so attractive and easy I started to work on a new theme: roman. The rounded corners aren't built using images, so you can easily adjust the colors of them without further work in a graphics application. Another feature is the split navigation which is implemented the first time in one of my themes.

Infected by Nature
The main idea of the sphere theme is based on observations of the colors in nature: the transitions from light to dark and vice versa aren't based on just adding white or black colors. The colors mostly have some yellow parts in it when going to white and blue when going to black. This effect has been noted quiet early in chromatics (e.g. division of the color wheel in bright/dark and warm/cold).

The idea behind this theme was to get all that beautiful possibilities of semi-transparent layers overlaying nice pictures working cross-browser. Most of such effects are done using PNG images, which needs some hacks for IE/Win. Usine don't. Choose your image, your different colors and the amount of transparency and you have a wonderful site that simply works.

Present Your Ideas
The Lino theme is a result of a creative act while playing with some design ideas. At the end I removed the guide lines and found out that the design was disturbed. So, I just reenabled them and I was happy with the result again. Maybe you also remember erasing lines after sketching. Most of the time it is much better to leave your scribbles.

This theme of RapidIdeas uses a really cool css feature: transparency. It is not built with png files which only works in IE/Win with some javascript hacks. Also the navbar is fixed on top of the page and will not scroll. So your website visitors allways have it in full view for easy navigation.
