Unsupported software
This page contains information about OS X software I wrote some time ago and that is currently unsupported. There have not been updates to these applications since a long time but it’s not excluded that I will update them in the future.
Slider
Download Slider v1.3 (Tiger Only, Universal)

Slider is an haxie that adds a sliding + fading effect [Preview] when opening or closing any window of a cocoa application. It adds a nice touch to the “feel” of MacOS X and it’s totally unobtrusive !
It will not work on Carbon applications (like the Finder) and runs only under MacOS 10.4 Tiger.
It’s still a work-in-progress, and you may experience difficulty with some apps (i had crashes when quitting iPhoto). But since it only applies to Cocoa, you don’t have to worry of any problem with the Finder !
Updates in v1.2:
* Fixed the tooltip bug
* Fixed the Safari adress bar bug
* Added the possibility to reduce the sliding effect to 0 width (only fading)
Unifier
Download Unifier v1.1 (Tiger Only, Universal)

My first haxie: it was built to unify the look of MacOS X 10.4 (aka Tiger).
The latest version of MacOS introduced a new interface design: the unified toolbar/menubar look. You can find examples of this in the new Mail.app. It’s nice, way better than Metal IMHO !
But what about the other OSX apps ? Is it possible to make them adopt this new look ?
* Good news is: Yes, with Unifier
* Bad news is: Partially
Partially, because it only applies to Cocoa applications. Not carbon, this shouldn’t be a big problem because more and more developers use Cocoa nowadays, but apple mostly doesn’t ! The “Finder” for instance is a good ol’ Carbon application. As for other iApps…
The other problem is related to Cocoa very own structure: when enabling the unified look in non-natively unified applications, it’s impossible to determine if it has a toolbar or not early enough in the initialization process. The consequence of that is that Unifier will kill the Metal look on any metal application, replacing it with the unified look (if toolbar) or standard window/aqua look (if no toolbar).
‘Arglll!’, i can hear you say, but don’t worry because you’ll be able to exclude any application you want from being Unified.
You can enable/disable the unified look globally, or application by application. Even if it has been globally applied, you can exclude any application you want.
Delicitunes
DeliciTunes is a MacOS X application designed to fill a hole in the current Deliclous Library implementation: It allows you to export all the music albums currently in your iTunes library to your Delicious Library.
In it’s current state, the features are pretty limited but, it’ll work on the basic tasks.

You can select each playlist that you want to export to your Delicious Library. It will add the corresponding albums in the “Music” section
DeliciTunes does not actually handle art/covers from your music library but you can just manually select each added album in Delicious Library then ask to refresh from Amazon… it will also fill the missing sections (price, reference…)
Distibuted under the GPL, sources included.
