kSpectra Toolkit is a set of powerful tools for advanced time series analysis in many sciences, ranging from finance and economics to geophysics and biomedical sciences.
Blackman-Tukey Correlogram, Maximum-Entropy Method, Multi-Taper Method (MTM) and Singular Spectrum Analysis (SSA) are provided for spectral estimation, nonlinear detrending, noise separation, reconstruction and prediction of near-periodic and other significant components, using sophisticated significance tests. Non-evenly sampled time series, or with missing data, can be analyzed with SSA gap-filling technique. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Multi-channel SSA (M-SSA) are available for multivariate spectral analysis. See FAQ on spectral analysis for more information
kSpectra Toolkit takes full advantage of Max OS X to provide you the best user experience and performance:
- Mac OS technologies: Automator, Spotlight, QuickLook, AppleScript.
- Built-in Help.
- Drag-and-drop Data I/O.
- Graphical export in EPS, PDF and QuickTime.
- Easy and intuitive object-based data management.
- Core computational engine uses Accelerate framework, which provides the best optimization for both Power-PC and Intel based Macs.
